The Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Canberra will start trial operation on 8 July, 2013. Please be noticed that:

1. From the date of 8 July, 2013, Visa applicants, who hold ordinary passports, are required to submit their applications in person or by mail to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Canberra.

2. From the date of 8 July, 2013, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China will stop accepting visa applications in person or by mail for ordinary passport holders.

3. From the date of 8 July, 2013, all visa applicants are required to consult the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Canberra if they have any visa-related inquiries.
