On July 15, Ambassador Xiao Qian met with the Hon Chris Bowen MP, Minister for Climate Change and Energy of Australia, in the Federal Parliament House. They exchanged views on China-Australia relations, especially on strengthening cooperation on climate change under the UNFCCC.
